Zimbabwe hip hop star Voltz JT is set to light up the stage alongside popular South African rappers Nasty C and Cassper Nyovest who would be in Harare next month as they proceed with their African throne tour.
But before that, the musician will join Holy Ten at the highly anticipated Mashwede music festival in Harare this Sunday.
Volt JT and Holy Ten are undoubtedly the flag bearers of the popular genre in Zimbabwe currently.
However, it’s their rivalry that has added to the excitement surrounding their joint appearance at the Mashwede gig.
Joining them on stage will be female hip-hop artists Kikky Badass and Yung Gemini, among the many who are set to hit the stage at the gig.
Voltz JT is also set to feature in the African throne tour set for Harare on the 14th of October.
The African throne tour is an epic event featuring Nasty C and Cassper Nyovest, the two big South African musicians who are embarking on a thrilling journey to showcase the richness of African hip-hop on a global stage.
The event is set for Alex Sports Club in Harare.
